Delivery Information

• Only £4.99 for Next Working Day Delivery to Mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland.
• We aim to deliver by next working day for all orders received by noon, orders received after noon cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally items are sent directly from the manufacturer, in such cases delivery times will be shown in the product description.  Next day delivery in Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
• We can deliver to an address/person of your choice, including a gift message for no extra charge
• Unless otherwise stated we do not deduct payment from your credit or debit card until your order is ready for despatch.
• All orders of £40.00 or over will require a signature unless stated differently by customer.
• Please make sure all addresses are given in full and are accurate including a telephone number. Inaccurate details result in delays in delivery and if returned you may incur extra charges.

Ireland Deliveries - Additional Delivery Charges may apply, you will be contacted prior to despatch if applicable, please also allow extra time for delivery.  

Quote on Order Deliveries:

For all Furniture, Beds and Mattress orders we will quote on order, no money will be deducted from your card until shipping charge has been confirmed. Please note on all Furniture, Beds and Mattress Special Orders, payments will be processed prior to despatch.

Heavy Orders over 20kg - For all orders over 20kg you will be advised of any extra delivery charges prior to despatch. Once payments have been confirmed we will release payment and despatch goods.

Overseas Delivery – We recommend you contact us regarding restrictions and cost, once an order has been placed we will contact you with a delivery quote. Due to the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, we are unable to send Food and Alcohol to the USA.

VAT/Local Taxes and Duties – VAT is added where applicable to all products. Taxes etc are the responsibility or the recipient in the country of destination

For all Quote on Order deliveries, we will require you to follow a link once the postage charge has been agreed, to process the payment, this will require you to enter your card details again.

Minimum Order - goods to the value of £10.00 (this value excluding postage)

If you wish to return your order, you can send it back to us via Royal Mail or Courier at your own cost. In the situation where goods are damaged or faulty we will arrange the return for you.
