Milled the traditional way, using a stoneground process, from naturally gluten and wheat free wholegrain buckwheat, sometimes known as Sarrasin. It does, however, contain gluten from the adjacent growing, storage or processing of wheat.
Buckwheat flour makes delicious pancakes, blini, noodle and specialist pasta.
Not suitable for gluten free diets.
