Duchy Wholegrain Organic Mustard with Honey is traditional coarse grain wholegrain mustard in made with yellow mustard seeds, grown at the Home Farm at Highgrove.
They are mixed with organic brown seeds, which give the mustard its bite and mottled colour. The seeds are then coarsely ground in an old hand mill to maintain the essential oils, blended with cider vinegar and honey and left for a few days for the flavour to mature before bottling.
Ingredients: Cider vinegar, mustard seed (27%), water*, honey (7%), sea salt*, raw cane sugar, black peppercorns, chillies.
