2004 Fermoy Estate Chardonnay. Margaret River.

Light straw in colour. Primary fruit aromatics of peach, grapefruit and lemon dominate initially. With time, further secondary nougat, grilled nuts and mealy characters combined with rich toasty oak nuances develop in the glass.

Palate is well balanced, showing a lovely clean line of chardonnay fruit resulting in a wine of great texture and persistence.

Finishing with refreshing natural acidity we rate this Chardonnay.
