Fermoy Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2006 Margaret River Tasting Note - Brilliant pale straw in appearance. Intensely perfumed aromas of lime and passionfruit complemented by straw and herbaceous undertones. Palate is fresh and lively with an abundance of citrus and tropical fruit flavours. Finish is crisp and clean.

The cool growing season and resulting long ripening period, coupled with small berries and low yields enabled the development of intense varietal characters. This wine is an unwooded style bottled early to capture the pungent fruit characters that are so synonymous with this variety.
