Colour: Pale yellow with golden hues.

On the nose: Opening hints of vine-grown peach and citrus zest expand rapidly into cashew nut and dried grass. The ensemble is rounded off by the slightest touch of toasted brioche.

On the palate: The sensations that unfold are rhythmic, precise, contained. Initial density becomes creamy, finesse lengthens and escapes on a note of preserved citrus.
