Comes from a highly skilled beekeeper, Mauro Pagliaccia, a biologist. He keeps some 500 bee families which can be found in various isolated locations according to the flowering season and the crop which Mauro wants the bees to work.

The honeys are cold extracted, unpasteurised and bottled by Mauro himself. The careful husbandry of his bees, cold extraction of their honey and Mauro's pride in its excellence ensure natural unfiltered honeys of rare quality. 500g.
