| Delivery
Nearly all orders are dispatched the same working day and are typically delivered within one or two working days.
Unless otherwise stated, we do not deduct payment from your credit or debit card until your order is ready to be despatched.
We deliver to an address of your choice so that you can have orders sent to your home or place of work. You can also send an order direct to the person of your choice.
In addition, you can include a message with your order - all for no extra charge - Making it ideal to send gifts direct to the person of your choice.
Orders to the value of £30 or over will require a signature on delivery unless goods can be left signed for by a neighbour or if we are instructed by the customer to leave goods at customers risk in a safe and secure place.
Where applicable we also send you a delivery tracking code via email for the courier service so that you can track the delivery of your order on-line.
Delivery Rates - Are determined by the products bought and the destination
for delivery.
We currently have a flat rate Postage and Packaging charge of £5.99 per order for England, Wales, and South Scotland (region defined by our courier Business Post) for up to 15KG in weight. We do not profit from Postage and Packaging charges.
Postage of small orders (such as cosmetics & books) can sometimes be sent in a packet at a rate of less than £5.99 . If so we will charge less than £5.99.
Postage of Gift Vouchers, and Event Tickets are free of charge.
For all other locations and heavy orders over 15KG we will calculate the postage by hand so that you get the very best rate for your location. We then contact you with a delivery quote, and will not charge
for goods or for despatch without your prior approval.
Overseas Delivery - We recommend you contact us regarding restrictions and cost. Due to the United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, we are unable to post orders containing food or drink to the USA.
Packaging - All mail order goods are packed in strong, approved outers
and sent via carriers with adequate insurance.
Carriers - Will try to deliver on up to 3 occasions if unsuccessful
after this goods will be returned to us. We can offer 24hours and 48hours at
an extra cost. We recommend all perishable goods and hampers with perishable
products are sent on the overnight or 24 hour service. Please make sure all
addresses are given in full and are accurate and include postcode - also recipients
telephone number - Inaccurate details result in delays in delivery items and
may incur extra charges to yourself.
Bulk Deliveries - May be delivered at special rates and on some occasions
can be delivered by our own transport.
VAT/Local Taxes & Duties - VAT is added where applicable to all
products. Taxes etc are the responsibility of the recipient in the Country of
Destination.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit our products are insured
and we will replace the damaged contents or gift, providing the following are
adhered to: A. The goods are signed for upon receipt as either damaged or unexamined.
B. The carrier and ourselves are informed in writing within 24 hours of delivery
quoting reference number of parcel. C.Damaged goods must be retained for inspection
and it may be required that the goods be returned to us before replacing or
refunding. Our liability is limited to the selling price of the goods only.
In the case of goods which are deemed to be faulty, these should be returned
within a reasonable time period detailing the nature of complaint, the date
of purchase and the care given to the product. Once a fault has been confirmed
we will refund or exchange the goods as you require, subject to availability.
If any of our items do not meet your satisfaction, then please return them
to us in perfect condition in the packaging in which they were despatched within
7 days of receipt of the goods. We will refund or exchange the goods, as you
require, less postage.
Returns must be sent recorded delivery and a recipients signature obtained.
We cannot accept liability for any goods posted by customers.
Refunds will be made via the method of payment ie credit card or cheque etc.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Protecting the Environment
Products are sourced as close to the store as possible so reducing the impact on the environment.
We re-use packaging, and charge for carrier bags with the profits going to charity.
We ask our customers to bring in their plastic and cardboard packaging for recycling.
We also recycle plastic, paper and cardboard for all the small businesses in the town of Holt.

As part of our continued commitment to recycling and protecting the environment,
we have joined the Distributor Take Back Scheme (DTS). The DTS is a Government
initiative designed to minimise the disposal of waste electrical and electronic
equipment (WEEE) to landfill and to achieve high levels of collection of WEEE
for environmentally sound treatment.

UK WEEE Regulations – The Distributor Take Back Scheme
Look for this symbol
Electrical and Electronic Equipment that was made after June 2006 should display
this symbol on the packaging or product. It means that the product is covered
by the WEEE Regulations and every effort should be made to recycle it.
Distributor Take Back Scheme
We fully support this regulation and are fulfilling our distributor obligations
as a member of the WEEE Distributor Take Back (DTS) Scheme.
The DTS is designed to fulfill the obligations of distributors without the
need to offer free in store take back. The DTS supports a national network of
collection facilities where consumers can dispose of their household WEEE free
of charge for environmentally sound treatment and recycling.
Recycle your old electricals
Please ensure that your old Waste Electricals and Electronics are recycled
in accordance with the regulations. Please do not throw them away with your
domestic rubbish as they will not be recycled.
