We are really excited about our latest dressing. Once again Eli has recreated a classic with a British twist in our new Balsamic Vinegar Dressing. Using Balsamic from Modena in Italy wasn't an option for our locally sourced ethos, so we were thrilled to discover Aspalls british apple balsamic vinegar. Farrington's MELLOW YELLOW® cold pressed rapeseed oil combined with the smooth, well rounded flavour of the Aspall Apple Balsamic Vinegar, is packed with a punch of garlic and balanced with basil and is ideal for tomato salads and much more. Awarded Great Taste Award one star 2011 and winner of 'Best Local Product' in the Northamptonshire Food & Drink Awards 2011/12.
