Grapes for this wine are sourced are hand-harvested and undergo a strict selection process before being left to macerate for 25 days. The wine then goes into oak casks, where it ages for 4 months in French and American oak barrels. An elegant wine with aromas of black fruit, a touch of liquorice and subtle oak characters. The palate is balanced with ripe black fruits, bright crunchy acidity and fine grained tannins. Try with steak or duck cooked with a pepper sauce.
