Dukkah (doo-kah) or Dukka contains subtly spiced, roasted flavours. The delicious Egyptian blend contains sesame seeds, roasted hazelnuts, coriander seeds, cumin, sea salt, thyme and black pepper. The spice mix appears on the streets of Egypt. It is mixed with a little olive oil and used as a dip with bread.
