Walnut Tree Distillery's Norfolk Farmhouse Gins all start as neutral grain alcohol and a selection of local base botanicals.  Their signature ingredient is the walnut, hand-picked from the trees that surround their home and give the distillery its name. The ingredients are sourced (where possible) from the rich and abundant Norfolk countryside.  Their gins take inspiration from the plants and flowers commonly found in the gardens and hedgerows of the Norfolk countryside.  Each and every bottle produced contains a little bit of Norfolk! Based on their Dry gin, the addition of raspberries to the distillation botanicals gives this gin a subtle fruit flavour that goes beautifully with elderflower tonic.
