Prepare your ingredients to be coated, by tossing in flour (to dry the surface) then dip in whisked egg before coating in the breadcrumbs. Can also be added to stuffing mixtures, toppings for grilling or to make breaded garlic mushrooms. For a fuller flavour and golden colour add paprika to the flour before coating.
