Hand-selected grapes are given a gentle pressing followed by a slow fermentation in stainless-steel tanks then aged for four months in brand new Hungarian oak barrels. The resulting wine is well- balanced with hints of tropical fruits and a creamy mouthfeel and balanced acidity.
Burn Valley is a family vineyard in North Creake, located just under 20 miles from Bakers & Larners of Holt, their branding depicting the North Norfolk coast line.
