Darling Cellars Sauvignon Blanc is a 0.5% ABV South African non alcoholic wine. Crisp and pale golden with citrus, gooseberry and tropical fruit notes, it offers refreshing dry finish. Best served chilled with seafood, salads or light dishes.
Light straw in colour with a green tinge and good clarity. Aromas of gooseberry, cut grass, and lime zest leap from the glass. Crisp and vibrant on the palate, showing green apple, kiwi, and a subtle mineral edge that adds structure. Light to medium-bodied with soft acidity and a clean, citrus-led finish with a herbal lift.
