Founded in 1885 upon the marriage of Edouard Langlois and Jeanne Chateau, Langlois-Chateau has been specialising in the wines of the Loire for more than 130 years. Langlois-Chateau own this exquisite property and its 15 hectare vineyard on the flinty ‘silex’ soils which characterize Sancerre. Pale yellow. A very expressive nose, perfectly typical of the Sauvignon blanc grape variety, with floral and citrusy fruit notes of grapefruit. On the palate, very good balance and freshness, with pleasant saline length. Very refreshing.
