Rogan Josh is a 'real curry'. Hearty, rich and flavoursome, with a medium spiciness, it is one of Pataks' most popular. The dish originated from the Kashmir region of India, and like many Indian dishes there are many different variations. This version uses a special blend of turmeric, paprika and coriander with other spices and of course tomato puree, to create a deliciously tasty, rich and aromatic dish.
