Pride of the mill, Cutrera's cold pressed Primo oil is made from early picked Tonda Iblea olives of the Iblea Mountains in southeast Sicily and the winner of innumerable awards. The Tonda Iblea olive variety shares the same polyphenol genus as the tomato plant, which gives it a wonderful aroma of vine tomato on the nose and a defined characteristic flavour.
