A full bodied, flavourful cloudy natural wine with fruity and nutty aromas, form Chile. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 13-17 degree Celsius for 25 days. The wine then rested on its lees for three months with gentle lees work to impart texture. The resulting wine is pale and slightly cloudy due to the natural vinification, this Chardonnay offers intense aromas of banana, apple and pear blended with toasted brioche. The full-bodied, rich and creamy palate is balanced by a refreshing and fruity finish. When to drink: This wine would best suit spice driven poultry or vegetable dishes.
