Walnut Tree Distillerys Norfolk Farmhouse Gins all start as neutral grain alcohol and a selection of local base botanicals. Their signature ingredient is the walnut, hand-picked from the trees that surround their home and give the distillery its name. The ingredients are sourced (where possible) from the rich and abundant Norfolk countryside.  Their gins take inspiration from the plants and flowers commonly found in the gardens and hedgerows of the Norfolk countryside. Each and every bottle produced contains a little bit of Norfolk! Every bottle is flavoured with sloes found in the local hedgerows and fields surrounding the farm.  Soaked, with nothing more than sugar, for a minimum of 3 months, this gin is rich and fruity in taste. Add a splash to a glass of bubbles for a great, zingy taste.
