This special cherry cake is infused with the finest Kirsch to enhance the cherry flavour. Made with pure butter, juicy sultanas, raisins, currants, sumptuous cherries and tangy cranberries. Before baking, the dried vine fruits are soaked overnight in Kirsch spirit. The fruity flavour of the cherry and Kirsch combination is perfectly balanced by the inclusion of cranberries. Packaged in a beautiful keepsake tin, decorated with a specially commissioned design in embossed Victorian style.
