Up front, along with tropical pineapple, it’s got crisp apple and citrus notes while on the palate there’s a touch of creaminess from the lees ageing (Sobre Lias is Spanish for “Sur Lie” or “On the Lees”) along with the ripe fruitiness. Its balanced acidity makes for a well structured, easy to drink wine.
