The proximity of the vineyard to the Adriatic Sea gives this Fiano its characteristic sapidity. Intense, persistent and complex, it has fantastic shape. There are notes of white flowers, tropical fruits and apricot which blend with delicious citrus and balsamic notes.
The elegant minerality characterises this wine whose grapes come from a vineyard tenaciously anchored to the red soil of the Castello di Serranova estate.
