To produce the wine of Clos Haut Peyraguey, vinification takes place in French oak barrels. The wine is aged in up to 50% new, French oak barrels for about 18 months. Incredibly fresh and vibrant in its youth, this classic Sauternes is brimming with citrus, peach and brioche flavours right now. Delicious to drink at present, but as is true with all great wines it will mature gracefully for many years.
