Made from 100% estate grown-fruit from 25 year-old-vines growing in sandy soils on clay subsoil. Wines are matured on their fine lees until bottling in the following spring. A more classic style of Touraine Sauvignon Blanc, herbaceous, full flavoured and pithy, ripe fruit on the palate with some capsicum notes and lingering lemony finish. A tasty aperitif and excellent with grilled fish and seafood.
