A delicious wine
Spice box, strawberries and wild berries with some savoury orange peel. Ethereal and mossy character, too, showing sous-bois, wet earth and wild herbs. Rather full-bodied for Pais, with a firm-tannin frame that tightens it up. Almost pinot-like, but shows grippy backbone and refined rusticity.
