We believe that no rum should burn when sipped and we have taken pride in creating a gentle warmth that allows our rums to be enjoyed neat and Norfolk Dark Spiced rum is the pinnacle. Using treacly sugar cane molasses and distilled in copper pots this English made rum may differ from the usual Caribbean rum, but is simply delicious.
Our Dark Spice rum combines notes of cinnamon, vanilla, burnt caramel and orange all brought together with rich Cocoa and finished with smooth Norfolk honey.
