Noughty Non-alcoholic Sparkling Chardonnay has been expertly de-alcoholised to retain the rich flavour of this beautifully crafted bottle. Winemaking: Traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats for a further dealcoholisation by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. The wine is then lightly carbonated. Tasting Notes: Elegant pale colour with a crisp and ripe apple nose. Beautifully balanced with a touch of sweetness undercut with just the right amount of acidity.
