This gin starts by taking their award winning Classic Dry Gin and soaking it with edible rose petals to produce a distinctive floral gin that can be paired equally well with plain tonic and floral tonics such as Elderflower or Rhubarb and Hibiscus. It is both delicate and distinctive with a hidden surprise - this gin changes colour on the addition of tonic from a pale caramel to a light pink. Whilst it serves particularly well with a standard Indian Tonic Water it also goes beautifully with Franklin & Sons Rhubarb and Hibiscus Tonic. Makes a wonderful French 75 cocktail.
