Massaman curry is the one that's usually served in Thai restaurants as a beef curry with potatoes. It suits darker meats or root vegetables better than fish and can often be a thicker texture when compared to a Thai red or green curry. Yau's Thai Massaman curry is a concentrated paste, which delivers a stronger, earthier flavour from lemongrass. It has fantastic depth and can be diluted down with coconut milk or creamed coconut for an authentic Thai flavour. Typical shelf life from purchase 10-12 months.
