The wine exhibits balanced acidity and fine-grained tannins, leading to a long, elegant finish. Decant for 2h and serve at room temperature. This Barolo pairs exceptionally well with hearty dishes such as stewed meats, game, roasts, and aged cheeses. Its robust structure and complex flavours complement rich and savoury cuisines.
