Made from Bouchard's own vines in the Les Clous vineyard, it spends 8 to 10 months in French oak barrels, which adds a gentle buttery note. It offers ripe grapefruit and pear flavours, balanced by crisp acidity and a light buttery note from its time in oak. The result is a beautifully well-balanced wine with a clean, refreshing finish.
