Clearspring Organic Japanese 100% Buckwheat Soba Noodles are made by their third-generation family producer in Nagano, a region renowned for premium quality Shinshu Soba and a long tradition of making soba. They are Gluten Free, made from only freshly milled buckwheat flour and water, delivering a rich, nutty flavour and distinctive texture. Soba cooks quickly (in just over five minutes) but they are quite fragile due to the lack of gluten so require a delicate hand.
